INFORMATION ON ITEMS

For each item, we provide pictures and descriptions containing all the relevant details.

In order to have further details on the item and its wearability, customers can write an email to info@froy.club

 

ORDERS PROCESSING

Froy.club reserves the right to refuse an order in the case in which we do not obtain the approval of the customer's bank. Once an order made of available items has been placed, the order and any other information provided cannot be changed.

Orders placed separately will be dispatched separately.

Froy.club reserves the right to delay any shipment in case Froy cannot properly process orders due to any reasonable causes that are irrelevant to Froy’s control. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays can occur in the order’s processing. Froy.club reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service at any moment.

Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed.

After your purchase we will send you your order confirmation and start preparing your order the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delay may occur in the order’s processing.

 

SHIPPING

Froy.club cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Froy’s control.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that the delivery cost and taxes/duties change depending on the destination: for countries outside EU, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed so please verify local taxes and duties before placing your order because these charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods.

Delivery time may be delayed if goods are held at customs; also note that it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods. 

The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, customs charges and return shipment costs should they refuse to accept a shipment because of import duties/taxes.

 

FAILED DELIVERY

By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with Froy.club and he is committed to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Froy in Italy at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

Of course we always hope that you are happy with your purchase, but in case you are not satisfied we will offer you a full refund. But please note that unfortunately we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will always be set at the price you paid at the moment of purchase. To return or exchange goods please contact us at info@froy.club with your order number and specify whether it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly. For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.

 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Please email us and inform us of your return. Please put the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order with the item(s). Please close the envelope carefully and tape it securely and then send us the item(s) using any of your preferred methods. We recommend sending us the item(s) within 7 days of your Return Request. We need a proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit. When your return has arrived safely you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued within 5 days.

Each purchased item is carefully checked and controlled before it leaves our studio, but if an item received is seen as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange.

 

EXCHANGES

If necessary you can change the size of a purchased item into a different size. But exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item and depend on stock availability. The shipment to you of exchanges is free. In case you are interested in a different style altogether, then please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new item separately on our website.
